quick check-in complimentary upgrade friendly staff
the check-in process was quick. i even received a complimentary room upgrade from the genius program. the staff was quite friendly and always available to help. i found the location convenient because it was within walking distance of the city center near the botanical garden.
there was a slight smell coming from the shower drain.

spacious room buffet choice
The room was very spacious and clean. The en suite facilities were superb. I especially enjoyed the large shower. Breakfast had a fine buffet choice. It was delicious.
The air conditioning controls did not seem to have any effect.
